The facility was one of only four sites selected by the New York State Gaming Commission to build and operate a full table gaming casino after a competitive selection process.
Advance Testing was contracted by both EPR Properties, the property owner, and Empire Resorts, the casino owner/operator, to provide testing and inspection services over the course of this $1.2 billion entertainment and lifestyle complex.
